smelt, learnt.

This is Smell and Learn, Episode IV: Fresh Pasta. We took our pasta maker, some roasted squash and some fresh sage down south to Olympiaplein for the first S & L in many a year. It worked out even better than we imagined, many hands made light work and DJ Arnold provided an incongruous primer on the history of dubstep. We ended up with spinach/ricotta and pumpkin/parmesan as the ravioli choices, both great.
