If you've never been to the American Southwest, you might think from these pictures that I'm hanging out in the "desert-y" area of Phoenix. No, it all looks like this. You can't find a part of Phoenix that doesn't look like this, vegetation-wise. Well Scottsdale has more greenery, but it's not exactly natural.
