That does look really good. I can almost taste it which is very weird because I don't know what it's supposed to taste like. I'll be making a completely green posole this monday.. cause pantry bugs infested my chile stash and I had to throw them all out :(
That blows....we've been moth-free for about 3 months now...do you know where they came from?
from the chiles I think, that's where I found the larvae.. the chiles were in a cupboard where there was no other food so.. ugh.
Hopefully not chiles that we gave you, elsewise I be all remorseful and et cetera.
