red cabbage gratin (i'm pretty sure this sounds better in many other languages).
1 not-giant head of red cabbage, shredded
1 cup half and half
1 and 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp raw sugar
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
¾ cup finely chopped almonds
