Last night's menu started with shrimp and roasted taters with riffs on 3 Momofuku sauces:
octo vin;
pickled ramp ranch dressing;
buttermilk-sriracha dressing. Kind of like a more flexible DIY version of
this. The shrimp got someone's attention.
Then,
finally, butterscotch pudding for dessert. First warm from the pan, then cold from the fridge. Eeee-yyyaaaaaaayyyyyyy.
