zest of one orange
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp fine salt 

4 tsp cornstarch

sauce
3 garlic cloves
a thumb sized piece of ginger
2 scallions, sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
zest of that orange
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1-2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp gochugaru
